Why Book a Ski Shuttle Instead of Driving Yourself?

Wintry roads, chain controls, parking lots that fill before sunrise, and exhausted drivers on the return trip can turn a fun weekend miserable. Our professional chauffeurs are trained for long-haul winter driving, and we stage the right vehicle, with luggage/gear capacity, onboard heat, and safety checks, so you don’t have to juggle multiple cars or worry about who’s the designated driver on the way home. You start and finish your trip together, safely.

Ski Trip Services We Offer

Below are the most common ways Bay Area skiers and riders use our service. Every trip is customized.

Private Round-Trip Ski Transfers

Door-to-resort transport from homes, offices, or hotel pickups in San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, East Bay, or Marin straight to Tahoe-area ski resorts (Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, Heavenly, Kirkwood, Sugar Bowl, Boreal, and more). Return te same day or multi-day.

Multi-Day Ski Weekends

We’ll get you up the mountain Friday, remain on standby or return for a scheduled pickup, and bring you home after your final run. Add a grocery stop, rental shop pickup, or dinner transfer.

Corporate & Incentive Ski Retreats

Move leadership teams or full company groups to Tahoe lodges or conference hotels. We coordinate staggered departures, luggage trailers (if needed), and retrn shuttles after closing sessions.

School & Youth Ski Programs

Winter sports clubs, youth teams, and school ski days. Vehicles meet commercial insurance and compliance requirements; drivers are trained in student loading and head counts.

Ski + Wine / Ski + Casino Combo Trips

Make a weekend of it, ski by day, and wine or dine by night. We’ll coordinate transfers between resorts, South Lake casinos, and group dinner venues.

Ski Shuttle & Group Transfers

Flexible group shuttle services from San Francisco to Tahoe resorts, with plenty of space for passengers and ski equipment.

  • Comfort on the Road: Heat, reclining seating, and (in select vehicles) Wi-Fi and device power help long drives feel shorter.

  • Group Cohesion: Keep everyone in one vehicle, no lost cars, no late arrivals, no “where are you?” text threads in blizzard conditions.

  • Licensed, Insured, Compliant: Commercial authority for interstate and mountain travel; documentation available for corporate and school groups.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Ski Group?

We’ll confirm availability and configuration with your quote, but here’s a quick guide:

  • Executive SUV (4WD / AWD): Best for small ski crews (up to 5 with gear if packed efficiently); flexible pickup timing; good for last-minute powder runs.

  • Executive Sprinter Van: Stand-up access, space for passengers + ski/board bags; ideal for 6–10 riders who want to travel together. Some units include overhead or rear cargo and media systems.

  • Limo-Style Sprinter (Après Ready): Perimeter lounge seating, lighting, and sound, popular for long weekends that mix skiing with nightlife or team bonding.

  • Mini-Coach / Ski Shuttle: Efficient for 15–30+ skiers with upright seating and dedicated gear storage solutions; great for corporate or school day trips.

  • Full Motorcoach w/ Underbelly Storage: Move 40–56 passengers plus tons of gear; heated storage bays; restroom on many units, ideal for large corporate ski retrats or school league travel.

What to Tell Us When Booking a Ski Trip

The more we know, the smoother your trip. When requesting a quote, please include: departure city/zip, resort destination(s), number of passengers, ski/board bag count, return date & time, lodging stop (if any), and whether you need grocery, rental shop, or dinner add-on transfers. Let us know if you’re bringing coolers, boot dryers, or bulky gear.

Ski Trip FAQs

  • Do you provide vehicles with 4WD or snow capability?

We assign winter-appropriate vehicles and drivers based on destination and forecast; 4WD/AWD or chains are used as required by highway controls.

  • Can we load skis and snowboards inside the vehicle?

Most Sprinters and coaches have dedicated cargo space; SUVs and smaller vehicles may require roof boxes or careful packing. Tell us the gear count when booking for ski trips from San Francisco

  • Do you operate in bad weather?

Yes, but safety comes first. If roads close or CHP restricts access, we’ll adjust timing, reroute, or reschedule with you in real time.

  • Can we add stops (rentals, groceries, cabin check-in)?

Absolutely, just include them when you request a quote, so we can build proper timing; same-day add-ons are possible but depend on schedule slack.

  • Is alcohol allowed onboard?

For private adult groups (21+), yes in appropriate vehicle classes and where permitted by law; glass restrictions may apply, ask when booking.

  • How far in advance should we book peak-season ski trips from San Francisco?

Prime Tahoe weekends (January–March and holiday periods) fill quickly; reserve 3–4 weeks ahead for larger groups, but ask, we sometimes have late openings.
